If you are a merchant who needs to access your Form 1099-K, our partner Tax1099 (Zenwork xForce) provides a secure and efficient platform to handle this process.

Follow the steps below to provide your consent and access your form.

If you do not provide consent before January 31, 2026, your Form 1099-K will be mailed to the address we have on file for your merchant account.

Steps to Provide Your Consent

1. Sign Up for Zenwork xForce

   • Visit the Zenwork xForce website and create an account if you do not already have one. Make sure to complete the sign-up process to gain access to your dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Dashboard

   • Once signed in, you will be directed to the Zenwork xForce Dashboard. From here, you can manage all your eDelivery requests.

3. Click on the "eDelivery Requests" Button

   • On the Dashboard, locate and click the "eDelivery Requests" button to view all payers who have requested your consent.

4. Provide Consent

   • On the "Payers" page, identify the payer who has requested your consent. Click the "Consent Now" button associated with that payer.

   • Follow the prompts to complete the consent process. This will enable you to receive your 1099-K form electronically.

5. Manage Your Consent

   • You can withdraw or decline your consent at any time. If you choose to do so, you will receive a paper form instead of the electronic version.
