# How do I update my account details?

If you need to update your bank account information but your legal business name has stayed the same. Please reference this [article](https://help.jupico.com/accounts/how-to-update-banking-information).

If your **legal business name** and **EIN** have changed, and therefore your bank account details, but the owner remains the same, please log into your Jupico [account](https://accounts.jupico.com/payments/login), click on *Accounts*, and then click on *+ New Merchant* at the top right. Be sure to edit any and all fields before you submit.&#x20;
