Reset Username

I need to reset my Username, how do I do that?

Due to the sensitive information in your Jupico account we ask that you email us at support@jupico.com with a few contact details.

  • Business name (DBA)

  • Owner name

  • Business contact information

    • This can be phone, address, and/or an email we may have on file

@sbcglobal.net email addresses do not receive the reset username emails. Instead, please email support@jupico.com.
