How to update banking information

As the owner of the account, you may log into Jupico Backoffice and update your banking information.

Steps for updating banking information:

  1. Go to Accounts and go to the account you're needing to change the banking information for.

  2. Scroll down to Bank Account Information and select "+Add"

  3. Then fill in the below fields:

    1. Name on account

    2. Routing number

    3. Account number

    4. Type: Checking

  4. Then scroll back up and select "Save"

Once the new banking information has been saved, it will be sent to our Jupico Support team for review. If it passes our bank verification system then the banking information will be updated immediately. If not, our Jupico Support team will reach out to you for a copy of a permanent voided check or bank letter.
